Since October 2019, I have been an Associate Professor in the Mailand group at CPR. My research focuses on studying responses to DNA damage and replication stress with the aim to understand how cells counteract genotoxic insults and prevent genome instability. Currently, I am investigating the molecular link between human proteases and cellular surveillance pathways with its important implications in health and disease.
